A Manager of Annuity Customer Contact will Lead, manage, and develop Annuity Customer Contact team members to provide efficient, high quality service to our customers. This includes managing the dissemination of information on the company in force block of business across all life operating systems. Drive individual and team performance to meet stated KPI’s (key productivity indicators) while continuously driving for efficiency gains and improvements to overall ease of doing business for our customers. Adhere to Sammons Financial Group (SFG) member companies shared values in all decisions and actions.



  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • ACS, PCS, AAPA and/or FLMI designations preferred
  • Track record of proven critical thinking and problem resolution skills
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Proven ability to manage multi-facetted business needs and diverse processes
  • Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Prior management of KPI’s, SLA’s (service level agreements), visual management techniques (huddle boards), WILO/DILO (Week/Day in the life of) planning, work force management data is preferred 
  • General knowledge of tax principles
  • General mathematical and accounting skills
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Must exhibit a strong emotional intelligence
  • Travel up to 25% may be required 
  • Due to the financial nature and level of accountability of this position, a credit and criminal background check is required
