Here's what you can expect as the E-Marketing Specialist.

You will create and manage e-marketing activities and website content. Primary responsibilities include creating, maintaining, and executing e-mail marketing collateral and managing website content.

  1. Apply brand standards and creative design to create and maintain e-marketing collateral (emails, landing pages, web pages, etc.) in collaboration with marketing project owners/writers and under the direction of the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.
  2. Use e-marketing tools (Eloqua, Salesforce) to coordinate and execute e-mail marketing programs in accordance with overall marketing communications plans and objectives.
  3. Obtain and ensure accuracy of distribution lists from Sales Admin for email and direct mail campaigns; distribute list counts to Business Development Group, respond to questions, and track approvals; maintain list request form and periodically review list request processes as new data points are defined that can be utilized for segmentation.
  4. Use Liferay platform to update and manage website content. Ensure quality by participating in testing and elevation of web content. Participate in user experience testing for web enhancements.
  5. Research new vendors for new technological advances in marketing; provide information to team with recommendations to consider.
  6. Understand and manage priorities in a fast pace environment while maintaining quality controls; interact with team members on priority changes and status updates; serve as backup for responding to inquiries from other departments through the Marketing inbox.



  • BA or BS degree in marketing, communications or web development
  • 3 years of e-marketing/web design experience minimum, including HTML/CSS, email marketing automation platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to manage a large number of tasks under tight deadlines
  • Ability to be proactive in addressing needs and identify solutions when needed
  • Results-oriented and driven, with a passion for marketing
  • Must project a positive, professional image and conduct
  • Disciplined, organized and self-motivated
  • Minimal travel required
