Responsible for achieving sales and recruiting goals within assigned territories for Midland National Life Insurance Company (the Company) by actively recruiting General Agents, maintaining contractual relationships with existing GA’s, and promoting Company products.



  • Bachelor degree with emphasis in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent business experience is required
  • Minimum Series 6 and 63 license (expected within 6 months of service).
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in financial services industry with demonstrated successful track record; Prior recruiting experience required and sales management experience strongly preferred
  • CLU and or ChFC designation preferred
  • Demonstrated strong ability to articulate the Company’s strategy and tell a compelling story about strengths, culture, values and our drive to succeed
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated positive, professional image and conduct, which adheres to the Company’s core values; This includes but is not limited to professional dress, language and conduct  involving interaction with employees, partner agencies and prospects
  • Demonstrated exceptional working knowledge of  life insurance products
  • FINRA regulations may require fingerprinting for this position; Management reserves the right to determine and approve incumbent suitability for this position
  • Due to the financial accountability of this role, a credit check is required
