As a Business Intelligence Analyst you will be analyzing, reporting, monitoring, and ensuring the accuracy of statistical data for company and agent production pertaining to sales campaigns, rewards programs, and any company sponsored venture. Partner with key business leaders and Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to design and implement scorecards and metrics to enable active management of the business based upon one set of facts. Identify opportunities, make recommendations and implement changes for reporting and data analysis. 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College degree, preferably in a business-related major, or equivalent work experience
  • Proven ability to independently analyze statistical data and recognize consistent business trends
  • Skilled in the area of research and problem solving; possess the ability to research and communicate findings
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel including preparing and using Pivot Tables, Slicers, Charts and graphs
  • Attention to detail and highly organized, while handling multiple projects at one time
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills needed when dealing professionally with Agents, RSD’s, and Company Officers
  • Ability to establish and articulate a vision, set goals, develop and execute strategies and track/measure results
  • Must exhibit a high degree of decision making ability, use tact and good judgment.
  • Demonstrated persistence with a positive, results-driven and creative attitude
